  Place the unused garments with all original tags and packaging intact inside the shipping box to ensure they meet our quality inspection standards.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time slot through our portal for our courier partner to collect the parcel from your doorstep at no additional cost.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
